Hulu Migration to Disney+

This project modernized Hulu/Disney's advertising technology stack by migrating legacy data into a unified, AWS-powered ad-serving platform. By scaling services to meet the demands of a high-volume streaming business, it streamlined operations, reduced costs, and enhanced ad performance—delivering significant business value and driving revenue growth.

Product Ads

In the Product Ads project, I led pilot programs to enable Yahoo!'s sales and ad operations teams by validating a unique user experience that integrated advertiser products directly into the search results. This approach not only provided a novel shopping experience for users but also demonstrated clear business value, paving the way for broader adoption of the technology.

Mission Control

This project unified Hulu/Disney's campaign and inventory management systems, streamlining operations to reduce process complexity and drive efficiency. This integration not only cut operational costs but also accelerated campaign execution, resulting in improved ad performance and delivering clear business value.

Click-to-Call

In the Click-to-Call Integration project, I led pilot programs to test the functionality of allowing users to place calls to businesses directly from search results on the Yahoo and Bing Network. By gathering customer feedback, I refined the product experience and worked closely with sales and ad operations teams to enable them to support this innovative capability. This initiative enhanced user engagement and satisfaction while providing significant value to advertisers, paving the way for widespread adoption of the technology.
